Can I return my purchase if I am not 100% satisfied?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Plum Retail purchase you can return for a replacement or refund within 28 days of the date of purchase. Please view our Returns and Exchange Policy for more information.

Do you have any store locations?

We are an online only retailer. In order to keep our selection unique, prices low and service exceptional we do not have a storefront where you can view our products.

How long will it take for my product to be delivered?

We currently offer 3 different delivery options:

Standard Delivery - £3.95

Standard delivery usually will be delivered within 3-5 days after the product has been purchased, however some couriers may deliver slightly earlier.

First Class Deliver - £5.20

First Class delivery usually will be delivered within 1-3 days after the product has been purchased, however some couriers may deliver slightly earlier.

Next Day Delivery - £8.50

Standard delivery usually will be delivered within 1 day after the product has been purchased, usually by 1pm.

We use a variety of couriers including Parcel Force, Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes and DPD
