We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Plum Retail purchase you can return for a replacement or refund within 28 days of the date of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Plum Retail purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in a new condition and in their original packaging.

All postage costs on returns must be paid by the purchaser. You have 28 days to return your item after the date of purchase.
