Returns, Refund and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a Plum Retail purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in a new condition and in their original packaging.

If you wish to return or exchange your item then please contact us at sales@plumretail.com You will have a response within 48 hours of you return request. In your email please include the date of purchase, the item you bought and your reason for return. You will then be supplied with a free Evri returns label to use at your convenience. You have 28 days to return your item after the date of purchase.

For business customers who place an order of over £250, we are only able to offer store credit. The return postage fee must be paid by the buyer. Please contact us if you have any enquiries regarding this.
