Delivery Options & Charges
- Standard Delivery – UK Mainland: Free
- White Glove Delivery – UK Mainland: £35.00
- Standard Delivery – Northern Ireland: £35.00
- White Glove Delivery: Not available for Northern Ireland
Please note: All outdoor furniture is excluded from the White Glove delivery service.
What’s Included
Standard Delivery
- Delivery only
- No assembly, unpacking, or packaging removal included
White Glove Delivery (Premium Service)
- Full assembly of furniture
- Placement in your room of choice
- Removal of all packaging
The delivery team will assemble items only. They will not install anti-topple kits or carry out any work requiring drilling into walls.
Wall fixings are not supplied, as suitable fittings depend on wall type. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional.
Delivery Times
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday
- Between 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Time slots are allocated on an AM or PM basis only
White Glove Delivery – Preparation Checklist
Please ensure the intended room (e.g. bedroom, dining room) is empty or has sufficient space for the delivery team to assemble the furniture safely, without needing to move existing items.
Access & Doorways
- Check that all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and access points are wide enough for the furniture
- Ensure walkways and entrances are clear and safe for the delivery team
Important Notice
Whilst every effort will be made to complete your delivery as requested, Gallery Direct Ltd reserves the right to abandon or determine an alternative delivery location if, in the opinion of our staff, proceeding would be unsafe or could cause damage.
Any damage caused to third-party property while attempting delivery is not the responsibility of Gallery Direct Ltd, its staff, or employees.
