Delivery Times
  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday
  • Between 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • Time slots are allocated on an AM or PM basis only
White Glove Delivery – Preparation Checklist

Please ensure the intended room (e.g. bedroom, dining room) is empty or has sufficient space for the delivery team to assemble the furniture safely, without needing to move existing items.

Access & Doorways
  • Check that all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and access points are wide enough for the furniture
  • Ensure walkways and entrances are clear and safe for the delivery team
